Globus Constructors: Independent Director Resigns

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd announced that the Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Mr. Thamattoor Prabhakaran Nair from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective close of business hours on October 30, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons and other professional commitments. Concurrently, the Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Devesh Bhargava as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to member approval.
