Moongipa Capital Finance Appoints New CFO and Director

Moongipa Capital Finance Limited announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on October 29, 2026. Mr. Manish Sinha has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with immediate effect. Additionally, Ms. Kalpana Merchant was appointed as an Additional Director and Independent Director for a term of three years, effective October 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also noted the retirement of Mr. Noel N. Tata as Director and Chairman, and the appointment of Mr. Bahram Vakil as Chairman and Mr. Rajiv Dube as an Additional Director.
