Trent Ltd: Noel Tata Retires as Chairman, Bahram Vakil Appointed

Trent Ltd announced significant changes in its leadership. Mr. Noel N. Tata will retire as Chairman and Director effective November 11, 2026, after a long tenure since 1997. He will be appointed Chairman Emeritus. Concurrently, Mr. Bahram Vakil will assume the role of Chairman from November 12, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Rajiv Dube has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) and Ms. Kalpana Merchant as an Independent Director, both effective October 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. These changes align with the Tata Group Governance Guidelines.
