Trent Ltd: Noel N Tata Retires as Chairman, Bahram Vakil Appointed

Trent Ltd announced the retirement of Mr. Noel N. Tata as Chairman and Director, effective November 11, 2026, in line with Tata Group Governance Guidelines. Mr. Tata, who has been with the company since 1997, will be appointed Chairman Emeritus. The Board has appointed Mr. Bahram Vakil as the new Chairman, effective November 12, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Rajiv Dube has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), and Ms. Kalpana Merchant as an Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval, effective October 30, 2026.
