Bhagwati Autocast: Shantanu Mehta Re-appointed Independent Director

Bhagwati Autocast Ltd's Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shantanu Chitranjan Mehta as a non-executive independent director. This re-appointment is for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from September 23, 2026, to September 22, 2031. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members at the forthcoming 44th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Mehta possesses 22 years of industry experience and 18 years of academic experience in business management, specializing in accounting, financial management, and investment.
