Bhagyanagar India Ltd: AGM on Sep 30, MD re-appointment approved

Bhagyanagar India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2026. The cut-off date for e-voting has been fixed as September 23, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, for the AGM. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Shri Devendra Surana as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective January 17, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Rakhi Agarwal has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
