Bhagyanagar India: Devendra Surana Reappointed MD for 3 Years

Bhagyanagar India Ltd announced the board's approval for the reappointment of Shri Devendra Surana as Managing Director for a term of three years, effective January 17, 2027, to January 16, 2030. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the AGM, fixed the cut-off date for e-voting as September 23, 2026, and set book closure dates from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Mrs. Rakhi Agarwal has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the voting process. Shri Surana, a Mechanical Engineer with an IIM Bangalore Post Graduate Diploma, brings over 43 years of experience in the Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals and Telecom industries.
