Bhandari Hosiery Exports: CS & Compliance Officer Resigns, New Appointed

Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited announced changes in its management. Mrs. Shilpa Tiwari has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 17, 2026, due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Ankit Singla as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 21, 2026. Mr. Singla is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience in SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, IBBI, and other regulatory matters. The company also authorized Key Managerial Persons to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
