Bhandari Hosiery Exports: KMPs Authorized for Materiality & Disclosures

Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 19, 2026, approved the authorization of Key Managerial Persons (KMPs) for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges. The meeting also noted the cessation of Mrs. Shilpa Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 17, 2026, and appointed Mr. Ankit Singla to the same roles starting October 21, 2026. Mr. Nitin Bhandari (Managing Director), Mr. Deepak Sharma (CFO), and Mr. Ankit Singla (Company Secretary) are now authorized to handle these responsibilities.
