Bharat Agri Fert Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ramraghav Rameshkumar Jha as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) effective September 04, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee during a meeting held on September 03, 2026. Mr. Jha is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is not related to any other Director of the Company and holds no shares currently.
