Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and the BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to engage in any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during this period. The date of the Board meeting for the declaration of Results will be communicated in due course.
