SRF Ltd Board Meeting July 22 for Q1 FY27 Results & Dividend

SRF Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 22, 2026. The meeting will primarily focus on approving the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will consider a proposal for the declaration of the first interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The company also plans to discuss and approve the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹750 Crores. In line with insider trading regulations, a trading window closure for designated persons and directors will be in effect from July 1, 2026, to July 24, 2026.
