SRF Ltd: Pramod Gujarathi Re-appointed Director (Safety & Environment)

SRF Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Gopaldas Gujarathi as Director (Safety & Environment) & Occupier of the Company. The decision was approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2026. Mr. Gujarathi's reappointment is for a further term of 3 years, commencing from April 01, 2026, and concluding on March 31, 2029. He brings 47 years of experience in production, engineering, safety, and environment, holding a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Bombay, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order.
