SRF Ltd Schedules 55th AGM for June 30, 2026

SRF Limited has announced its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Gopaldas Gujarathi as Whole-Time Director, designated as "Director (Safety & Environment) and Occupier", for a three-year term starting April 1, 2026, with remuneration not exceeding ₹36 lakhs per annum. Remote e-voting will be open from June 27 to June 29, 2026.
