SRF Ltd: Kartik Bharat Ram Re-appointed Joint MD

SRF Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kartik Bharat Ram as Joint Managing Director for a further term. The approval was granted by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2026. His new term will commence from June 01, 2026, and conclude on March 31, 2031. Mr. Ram, who holds an MBA from Cornell University, brings over three decades of experience and is involved in shaping the company's performance culture, driving aspirations, and advocating for environmental responsibility. He is also a director on the boards of KAMA Holdings Limited and Kalyani Steels Limited. He is the brother of the current Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram, and son of Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Arun Bharat Ram.
