IIFL Finance Announces 31st AGM and FY26 Annual Report

IIFL Finance Limited has officially notified the stock exchange about the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the release of its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. The AGM is scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST and will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
