BDL Appoints Three Independent Directors to Board

Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL) has announced the appointment of three Part-Time Non-Official Directors, designated as Independent Directors, to its Board. The appointments were approved by the Competent Authority via an Office Memorandum from the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Government of India. These directors will serve for a period of three years from August 17, 2026, or until further orders. The appointed individuals are Shri. Ankush Munjal, Smt. Vandana Agarwal, and Shri. Pankaj Joshi. All appointees are confirmed not to be debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority. The company has received the official communication today.
