BEL Appoints Ambrish Tripathi and Anoop Kumar Rai as Directors

Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has announced the appointment of two new directors to its board. Shri Ambrish Tripathi, General Manager of BEL's Kotdwar Unit, has been appointed as Director (HR), and Shri Anoop Kumar Rai, ED of CRL- Ghaziabad, has been appointed as Director (Marketing). Both appointments are effective from August 13, 2026, and were approved by the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The company has also provided disclosures for both appointees, confirming they have no disqualifications and no relationships with other directors.
