BEL Appoints Partha Pratim Pathak as Independent Director

Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has announced the appointment of Shri. Partha Pratim Pathak as a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on its Board. The appointment was made by the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for a term of three years from the date of appointment. Subsequently, the Board of Directors, via circular resolution, appointed Shri. Pathak as an Additional Director (Independent Director) effective August 18, 2026. Shri. Pathak has no relationship with other directors and is not disqualified from holding the office.
