BHEL Announces 62nd AGM on August 5, 2026, via Video Conference

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 10 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and other Audio-Visual Means. Key agenda items include the adoption of financial statements for FY 2025-26, approval of dividend for the same fiscal year, re-appointment of two directors retiring by rotation, authorization for the Board to fix auditor remuneration for FY 2026-27, ratification of cost auditor remuneration for FY 2026-27, and the appointment of Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain as a Director. E-voting facilities will be available to all members for all resolutions.
