BHEL Sets July 17 Record Date for ₹1.40 Final Dividend

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced Friday, July 17, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend of ₹1.40 per share (70% of paid-up equity share capital) for the fiscal year 2025-26. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 5, 2026, will be paid on or before September 3, 2026.
