Bharat Parenterals Re-appoints Hemang Shah as Executive Director

Bharat Parenterals Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Hemang Shah as Executive Director for a term of five years, effective July 2, 2026, until July 1, 2031. This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Shah has been associated with the company for over two decades and possesses over 30 years of experience. The company confirmed he is not debarred from holding a director's office.
