Bhartiya International Ltd. Reports Q3 and Nine Months Unaudited Financial Results for 2025

Bhartiya International Ltd. has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company's revenue from operations stands at INR 7,032.93 crore for the quarter and INR 21,688.32 crore for the nine-month period. The profit before exceptional items and tax expenses for the quarter is INR 1,004.55 crore and INR 4,525.80 crore for the nine-month period. The company has recognized an impact of INR 187.59 lakhs from the implementation of new labour codes. The financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
