The company has recognized an impact of INR 187.59 lakhs from the implementation of new labour codes. Bhartiya International Ltd. has announced the incorporation of a step-down wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the United Kingdom through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ultima SA. The new company will support Bhartiya's business operations in the UK, with an initial investment not exceeding GBP 50,000. The company will be 100% owned indirectly by Bhartiya International Ltd. through Ultima SA.
