Bhaskar Agrochemicals Declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY 2025-26

Bhaskar Agrochemicals Ltd. has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders entitled for the payment of the interim dividend is Thursday, 19 February, 2026. The payment of the dividend will be made within the stipulated time limit. The company has also approved the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31*' December 2025.
