Bhaskar Agrochemicals Declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity Share for FY 2025-26

Bhaskar Agrochemicals Ltd. has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, which is 10% of the face value of Rs. 10/- each. The record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders entitled for the payment of interim dividend is Thursday, 19 February, 2026. The payment of the said interim dividend will be made within the stipulated time limit. The company has also reported its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2025.
