Trading Window Closure Announced by Bhatia Colour Chem Ltd Until After Half-Yearly Results for FY 2025-2026

Bhatia Colour Chem Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will commence on 1st April 2026 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be communicated later.
