Bhatia Communications Appoints R Kejriwal & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Limited, at its Annual General Meeting held on July 25, 2026, has appointed M/s. R Kejriwal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 18th AGM on July 25, 2026, and extending until the conclusion of the AGM in 2031. The firm replaces M/s. R P R & Co., whose term concluded at the 18th AGM. R Kejriwal & Co. brings over 13 years of experience in taxation and audit services, with expertise in financial reporting, tax laws, and company law.
