Bhavik Enterprises AGM Approves Director Re-appointments and Auditor Appointment

Bhavik Enterprises Ltd announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved key resolutions. The members re-appointed Mr. Bhavik Mukesh Thakkar as a Director, who retires by rotation. Additionally, Mrs. Jeny Vinod Kumar Gowadia was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The company also appointed M/s JPS & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year period from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. These approvals are in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
