Bihar Sponge Iron Files Complaint Under Negotiable Instruments Act

Bihar Sponge Iron Limited has filed a complaint (Case No. 461 of 2026) under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The complaint has been filed before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Chandil, Seraikela-Kharsawan. The action is taken against Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal & Ors. concerning the dishonor of cheques issued by them, which were meant to discharge their liability towards the company.
