Arvaya Healthcare: CA Ashlesh Parnawar Resigns, G. K. Vora & Co. Appointed

Arvaya Healthcare Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, noted the resignation of Mr. Aslesh Ramchandra Parannawar as the Internal Auditor, effective April 20, 2026. Subsequently, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. G K Vora & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The board meeting also approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors.
