
Bikaji Foods enters Nepal JV, plans Abu Dhabi subsidiary
Bikaji Foods International Ltd announced a significant expansion and diversification strategy following a Board of Directors meeting on August 5, 2026. The company has entered into a Joint Venture cum Shareholders Agreement with Nepal-based C.G. Savory Corp Private Limited to form 'C.G. Bikaji Private Limited'. This JV will focus on manufacturing, trading, and marketing snacks, namkeen, bhujia, papad, and packaged sweets within Nepal, with both parties holding a 50:50 stake. Bikaji Foods will invest up to ₹15,00,00,000 in this venture. Additionally, the company approved the incorporation of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the grant of 1,00,000 stock options to eligible employees under its ESOP scheme.
