Bil Vyapar Ltd Appoints RNM & Associates as New Statutory Auditor

Bil Vyapar Ltd announced that the Committee of Creditors has accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, TLB & Co., effective August 4, 2026. The resignation was due to pre-occupation with other professional commitments. Subsequently, the Committee has appointed RNM & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditor, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. TLB & Co. confirmed there were no other reasons for their resignation and no matters to be brought to shareholders' or creditors' notice.
