Kalpataru Ltd Members Approve Rathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors

Kalpataru Ltd announced that its members, at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on August 03, 2026, have approved the appointment of Messrs. Rathi & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy and is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 up to FY 2030-31. The initial approval for this appointment was given by the Board on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
