UPL Ltd Appoints New Auditors, Additional Director

UPL Ltd announced key changes following its Board of Directors meeting on November 2, 2026. The company approved the appointment of S R B C & CO LLP as its new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, succeeding B S R & Co. LLP. Additionally, Mr. Shatmanyu Shrivastava was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), nominated by LIC, to enhance board diversity and stakeholder representation. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sameer Tandon as Senior Management Personnel, President - APAC, Africa and Europe. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
