Transgene Biotek Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Transgene Biotek Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Harish Gummadi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. Eswara Rao & Co. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting and the new auditors will serve until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. The Board also noted the resignation details and confirmations from the newly appointed firm.
