UPL Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditors and Additional Director

UPL Ltd announced key decisions from its Board of Directors meeting held on November 2, 2026. The company approved the appointment of S R B C & CO LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing B S R & Co. LLP whose term concludes at the 43rd AGM. Additionally, Mr. Shatmanyu Shrivastava was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), nominated by LIC, effective immediately, subject to member approval. The Board also appointed Mr. Sameer Tandon as Senior Management Personnel, President - APAC, Africa and Europe. These appointments aim to enhance board diversity and stakeholder representation.
