Biocon Ltd Declares Final Dividend of ₹0.50 Per Share for FY26

Biocon Ltd has announced the remittance of its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, approved at the 48th Annual General Meeting held on August 6, 2026, amounts to ₹0.50 per equity share (face value ₹5). Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the RTA or Depository Participants have received the dividend electronically. The company has also informed shareholders to verify the credit in their bank accounts and to contact KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, in case of any discrepancies.
