Birla Capital Appoints Ankit Mazumdar as Secretarial Auditor

Birla Capital & Financial Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Ankit Mazumdar as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 13, 2026, following the recommendations of the Audit Committee. This appointment is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
