NINtec Systems Appoints J. T. Shah & Company as Statutory Auditors

NINtec Systems Limited's Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s. J. T. Shah & Company as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment replaces M/s. Samir M. Shah & Associates, who completed two consecutive terms. The new auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. The firm, based in Ahmedabad, has extensive experience in statutory audits and related financial services.
