Sanghvi Brands Appoints S K Shah & Co. as Internal Auditors

Sanghvi Brands Ltd announced the appointment of M/s S K Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Internal Auditors for the period April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 10, 2026. The meeting also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, the notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 18, 2026, the appointment of an e-voting agency and scrutinizer for the AGM, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Narendra Rikhabchand Sanghvi. The appointment of internal auditors is in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable SEBI regulations.
