Birla Cotsyn (India) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 12, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review reports. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons and their relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results declaration, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
