Birla Precision Appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY27

Birla Precision Technologies Limited announced the appointment of M/s SAMP & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors and Mr. Jayant B Galande, Cost Accountant, as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and noted the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the company announced the 39th Annual General Meeting on September 09, 2026, and fixed September 03, 2026, as the record date for the final dividend for FY25-26, subject to declaration at the AGM.
