Birlasoft Limited has been fined ₹1,23,14,040 by the Collector of Stamps due to a 4-day delay in lodging a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order with stamp authorities. The NCLT order, sanctioned on December 19, 2018, pertained to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Birlasoft (India) Limited, Birlasoft Limited, and KPIT Technologies Limited. The company stated that the penalty will be paid as per the process and that there is no material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities.
