Birlasoft CSO Ankur Vaish Resigns Effective Sept 19, 2026

Birlasoft Ltd has announced the resignation of its Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP), Mr. Ankur Vaish. He is stepping down to pursue other opportunities. His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on September 19, 2026. Consequently, he will cease to be an SMP of the company from that date. The company has provided the necessary details as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, including the reason for change and the effective date of cessation.
