Bizotic Commercial Ltd has appointed Mr. Dipak Hariprasad Dave as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 7, 2026. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee during a Board of Directors meeting held on the same date. Mr. Dave brings over 36 years of experience in the banking industry, including a role as Senior Vice President with Axis Bank.
