Titan Company Appoints Dr. S. Vijayakumar as Chairman and Director

Titan Company Limited announced the appointment of Dr. S. Vijayakumar, IAS, as Chairman and Additional Director to its Board, effective June 29, 2026. This appointment is based on a nomination from TIDCO, a co-promoter. Dr. Vijayakumar, a 1993 batch IAS officer, currently serves as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Industries, Investment Promotion and Commerce Department in Tamil Nadu. He is not related to any existing directors or key managerial personnel. His appointment as an Additional Director is subject to retirement by rotation and will require shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
