PFC Appoints Pankaj Gupta as Part-time Non-Official Director

Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) has announced the appointment of Shri Pankaj Gupta as a part-time Non-Official Director on its Board. The appointment, effective from June 22, 2026, is for a period of three months or until further orders. Shri Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in taxation, audit, corporate law, and financial advisory. He is the Managing Partner of Pankaj Manvi & Associates and has extensive experience advising diverse clients on complex financial and legal matters. He is also recognized as a public policy commentator. The company has confirmed that Shri Gupta is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
