Bizotic Commercial Appoints Dipak Hariprasad Dave as Exec Director

Bizotic Commercial Ltd has appointed Mr. Dipak Hariprasad Dave as an Additional Executive Director, effective May 21, 2026. The appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on the same day. Mr. Dave will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, where the appointment will be placed for shareholder approval for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
