Bizotic Commercial Director Resigns Due to Personal Commitments

Bizotic Commercial Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Hareshkumar Shamjibhai Suthar from his position as an Independent Director, effective June 25, 2026. Mr. Suthar cited pre-occupation and other personal commitments as the reasons for his departure. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
